” うどん ハシゴ ” の名にかけて！3軒目は序の口でございます！！！
こちらは時間帯もありましたが、中々の行列具合で初めて並んで待つ事に。
けっこう待つのかな？と思いきや、そこは ” さぬきのうどん ” 回転が早くて思った以上に進んで参ります。
喋ってる間に店内へと進んで参りました。
こちらはTVなどでも有名になってるお店で、壁一面にサインがならんでいました。
そう、
こちらは『釜バターうどん』なる有名なメニューがあるのです。
私も以前、何かのテレビでその存在を見たような気がします。
『釜バターうどん』釜あげうどんに、バターを入れて、そこに生卵を入れてかき混ぜる〜 和風うどんカルボナーラ みたいな感じです。黒胡椒も入っています。こちらのお店で発祥のメニューです。
私も以前、某テレビ局の「ブログ旅」という番組で四国を一周してた時に出てきて〜 一度食べてみたいと密かに思っていました。
そんな「釜バターうどん」は、ほとんどの人が注文する人気メニュー。長蛇の列がドンドン進む秘密がココにあり！な感じに〜 店員さん達が手際よく注文を取ります。
なぜか釜バターうどんにかける出汁醤油は特別なのか？注文した人にはその出汁醤油も渡されました。
さぬきうどん ならではの揚げ物のトッピングも、流石に3軒目はスルーして(笑)
ドン！！

今回ハシゴした うどん屋さんは、どこも人気でお客さんも多く来られていましたが〜 途中の道でも沢山うどん屋さんがあって、そのどれもが車がいっぱい停まっていました。
香川のうどんは美味しいし、値段も安くてサイドメニューも豊富だし〜 これで流行らない訳がありません。
ても、これほどなのは・・
” 愛されてる ” からなんですょね。
地元の方々に愛されてる、
観光客や うどん好きな人達にも愛されている、
そして、美味しいし うどんを食べて幸せになっている、
またラーメンなどと違い、うどんは ” やさしい 味わい ” があって〜 毎日でも食べられるんだと思います。
